On June 11, 2025, a meeting was held between the Department of Geography, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, and the Department of Geography, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana.
As part of the event, prof. Nenad Buzjak, principal investigator of the CARDIKARST project (Croatian side), gave a lecture titled “Slovenian–Croatian bilateral cooperation in practice: From research idea to results – the example of the CARDIKARST project.” In his presentation, he outlined the full trajectory of the project — from initial concept, proposal development, and application process to the implementation phase. He highlighted field locations, research methods, and preliminary results.
The aim of the lecture was to share experiences with colleagues and encourage future applications for similar bilateral research collaborations.
